Terrific chances

The training of young people is a vital part of the sustainable company policy of Schwegler. Our commitment as a training company – each year we add six new talented youngsters – is so convincing and recommendable, that the federal agency of employment has granted us a certificate.

We offer the apprenticeship to a CNC technician as well as the Office manager. After a successful apprenticeship in our company we preferably take our own students as our employees. Many of our skilled personnel are former apprentices of Schwegler.
